i asked will i feel dizzy after you stand up from lying 

and she said  YES

i'm surprised because i have this kind of feeling 

but i still can play basketball , running and bla bla bla 

i think maybe i'm just those not-so-serious-one

Diet Plan =)

Hello peeps !


Everyone don't wanna be FAT !
and so do I !
it's easy to gain weight but it's hard to lose weight !
you have to control yourself for not thinking , looking , touching the food !

Way to lose weight healthy 

Have balance meals everyday 

breakfast is a must ( an egg , toasted bread , a cup of milk or milo )
lunch ( some rice , fish , VEGETABLES ! ) You can eat more when it's lunch time , cause we'll still have plenty of time to digest ! =)
tea ( FRUITS , a cup of tea )
dinner ( fruit salad / rice , vegetables , meat , soup )
 AVOID SUPPER !

Exercise

Exercise 30 minutes every time you're exercising
at least 2 times a week

Say ' NO ' to junk food

Learn to say NO to them !

Don't even think of ' him/her ' !

Things you must have

 A weight measurement
this will help you to know that did you success your diet plan !

And also WATER !
everyone's house sure got water punya ~
drink at least 3-4 bottles of water everyday !

This is how your tummy grow big if you don't stop controlling your meals !

Chineses July 14th = BAD DAY

I was supah dupper UNLUCKY today !

1st 

I'm woke up late today . 

but luckily i'm able to get in to JinMun's car .

2nd

Exam papers start giving out .

I FAILED ALL THE SUBJECTS that teacher gave out today ! 

WTF !

I cried out at last when i get my Sejarah paper .

it's only 30%

i thought i can get pass for it before i study hard for Sejarah but what i get is 30%

3rd

I hurt my nose and leg !

Having trail exams for PMR for the whole week and i'm gonna be D-E-A-D ! 
Have my Art test last Friday and it's okay . Drawing won't get fail one lah !
Then yesterday we're having BM and Sej
holly mama !
Sejarah was like Oh-My-God !
i just know some Form3 question because i just focus on Form3 punya .
then others .... SHOOT !
I don't think BM is hard for me nowadays .
but it's still hard but not that hard . 
last time i would be like scratching my head when the paper is in front of me until the paper leaves me
i really gonna thanks marmie for bringing me to tuition .
i really gonna thanks ShiWen for accompany-ing me all the way when i have question marks in my head
i really gonna thanks Mr.Ganesh and Mr.Wahab for teaching us so so good !

And today , I WOKE UP LATE ! ish !
but luckily i manage to bump in to JinMun's car or i will missed the test like Fen .
she missed her first paper but lucky she still came to school.
Having English and Geografi test today .
English was okay to me but when i;m doing my paper 2 , i only found out that i forgotten to do one question in paper 1 ! HOLLY SHIT !
but it's already over and i can't do anything with it , so i concentrate on my paper 2 .
the last section , novel part , i was like banging the wall
FYI , i never read for Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde because the words in the novel is kinda deep .
The Phantom of the Opera is always my choice !
i also watch the movie for twice and i love it !
although the first time watching was like BO-RING because i was only in primary school .
but when i watch the second time . i was like WOW ! I LOVE IT ! because i started to read the novel .
but when i'm answering the question . i've forgotten the characters name !
but not the main character lah ~
but i still manage to finish them ! pheww !
and for Geografi .....
SHOOT except for the first few questions .
i really wish for not failing any subjects . =(

It's August now but according to the Chinese calender , it's July .
you should be thinking ' hmm .. What's wrong with July ?? '
FYI , according to Chinese calender , July is the day for all ' brothers and sisters ' to have holiday at our world .
the ' brothers and sisters ' i mention above is means GHOST .
' they ' are released from hell to come to the world to visit their relatives or have some fun here .
if you're in M'sia or anywhere that they are having these kind of ' celebration ' ,
you can see some like open concert and lot's of ppl praying there .
PS : better not to take pictures with flash there .

I named this as ' water-ghost ' 水鬼 .

I hate this month a lot !
whenever this month comes
when you just on the TV , you can see lot's of ghost movie's advertistment showing .

and i'll always think of it when i'm going to sleep and it'll make me like AWAKE !

Stress and HELP

I'm totally stress up .
although i still have time for TV and FB-ing .
BUT I'M REALLY STRESS UP !
PMR just left not more then 2 months .
FYI , trail is starting on this Friday .
i have no idea why the stupid principal wants us to have Moral , Seni and PJ test .
it's nonsense and we have less time for studying if we are having these few test . wtf

i really don't know what's the stupid principal thinking .



I'm up here to not letting my bloggie to feel boring .
but i think i'm not going to update my bloggie often when my test are real near .

Hello peeps . I would not be blogging for quite some times . fyi , i'm Form3 and i'm facing PMR this year and the trail exam is near ! mum would not allow me to touch the laptop a lot . other than that , i'm also starting to catch up my Mathematics as i'm always playing and sleeping during teacher is teaching in class and tuition . i'm now regret for not paying attention . so it's kinda hard for me to catch up all the chapters from Form1 till now . PS : i never talk much today at tuition class as i just change to another class and i think it's good because i can concentrate more . [ sorry HuiYee for not talking to you much . i just wanna concentrate . ] as i know , Mr.Tan , my tuition principal told us that PMR falls on the 11th of October and the trail exams is on the 11th of August , NEXT WEDNESDAY ! i really have no time for studying more . and i'm scared . my cousin sis , Yvonne , same age as me , lives in Perak , she's having her trail dy . she told me Maths is kinda hard . Oh shitz ! i really don't think i can have good result but i'll try my best ! =) okay . i need to have my dinner nao . ciaoz . =)

Target 1    Get good results in PMR

● MUST have at least B for BM and BI
● Can't fail my Maths [ i'm doing exercising for Mathematics and i hope to improve what i missed at Form 1 to Form 3 ]
● Try not to fail Sejarah and Geografi although i never study and don't understand a single word .
● Pay more attention at school and tuition . 
● DO NOT SLEEP DURING SCHOOL TIME AND TUITION !

Target 2    Lose weight 

● Control my meals
● Exercise more 
● Less supper 
● Less oil !
● Target KG = 45 - 47 *don't ask me how many KG am i because i will answer you nonsense *






I still have lot's of targets actually . but i wish to success this two first while i start the others .
